These techniques include water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning. Plus, we offer a full suite of recession-resistant cleaning services.
Step 1
Set aside an hour for a phone call with a team member. This call allows us to get to know more about each other. We will tell you about our company, share our principles, address questions, learn about you and your goals, and how we may be a good fit for each other on our path to achieving our goals.
Step 2
As is with all franchise opportunity exploration, we will send you our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your consideration and review. As governed by local franchise laws, it will come with specific instructions on acknowledging receipt of the FDD.
Step 3
Complete our Franchise Application and Expression of Interest form, which helps us gather more detailed information about you and any partners you may have in mind and requests financial status details for qualifying for this opportunity.
Step 4
After we have received and reviewed your Application and Expression of Interest form, we will schedule a call to discuss the money needed to open our franchise, the anticipated cash flow requirements as provided in the FDD, and your plans to pay for or finance the franchise.
Step 5
This step is our opportunity to meet with you virtually or in person, allowing us to get to know each other and further explore this exciting business ownership opportunity.
Step 6
Here we invite you to contact some of our franchisees to hear first-hand from them about our business model. Included in this step, we invite you to our Discovery Day at our headquarters.
Step 7
You’ve reached the all-important “end of the beginning,” where we award you the franchise for the territory as described and ask that you sign the documents provided and remit payments due at that time.

You and up to three of your employees attend the combined classroom and on-the-job training modules currently conducted in Dallas, TX. It includes over 103 hours of content, covering topics like financial management, IICRC certification (water restoration training), specific job skills, software training, sales and business development, and more. All training comes from our highly experienced training staff, who have approximately 30 years of experience in the restoration industry.
Step 2
Work with local and state officials to complete the required business operating filings and registrations. Check with your attorney for completeness.
Step 3
Purchase the coverage as required by Steamatic.
Step 4
Purchase, lease, or assign a currently owned and approved by us your first service vehicle, typically a van or box truck such as a Dodge ProMaster 1500 Cargo High Roof model. The cost of the wrap is included in the equipment package.
Step 5
Equipment packages include cleaning equipment, a vehicle wrap, cleaning supplies, and an optional package, including a truck-mounted flooring cleaning system. You will also receive a tablet as a part of the start-up fee.
Step 6
We maintain our system-wide Steamatic web site/s for your support. If you elect to advertise online, you must do so in line with our advertising policies.
Step 7
During your pre-opening training, we will introduce you to best practices for networking with your local insurance company agents and representatives.
