Brent Adamczyk – Managing Director

Brent Adamczyk joined Steamatic as Managing Director after celebrating rapid success at Steamatic’s parent company Johns Lyng Group.

Brent joined Johns Lyng Group in 2014 as an Estimator within one of the company’s construction divisions. Management identified his leadership and drive early on. He soon gained experience within multiple divisions of the group. After years of exceeding in sales, Brent accepted the opportunity to lead a flailing business within group’s portfolio. Stepping straight into the management role, Brent reinvigorated the business. Within 6 months of him assuming the leadership, the business returned to profitability. Within a year, the business generated over $10M and won the coveted “Johns Lyng Business of the Year” Award. Due to this rapid success, Brent was then positioned in the company’s largest portfolio of employees and businesses. He and the incumbent state manager managed 20 businesses and over 200 employees, generating over $120M in revenue. Brent was then approached to lead Johns Lyng’s expansion into the US under the Steamatic acquisition. A proud graduate of Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia) with a Bachelor of Commerce, Brent proudly played football for many years before turning his skills to coaching youth football at a local level.
